Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that high volume of orders may cause slight delays in processing. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain value (as promoted on our website). This discount will be automatically applied at checkout if your order meets the criteria.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Vazzari is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery days stated in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@vazzari.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of our carriers falls into this group, you should verify their policy on this matter.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

Vazzari is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

However, we want to ensure you have the best experience. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us at info@vazzari.com immediately so we can assist you in locating the package or resolving the issue with the carrier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. Vazzari cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have made an error, please contact us immediately at info@vazzari.com. We will do our best to update the address if the package has not yet been shipped.
